truvon.id
How it works

One flow, from signup to sealed evidence

truvon.id runs identity, business verification, screening, fraud, risk and evidence on one data model. Here is the path a customer takes through the platform.

1

Connect

Embed the WebSDK, use native iOS and Android SDKs, or connect REST APIs. Route verification, financial data, screening and monitoring through shared workflows.

2

Verify identity

Combine documents, NFC, non-document data, biometrics, proof of address and bank-account checks. Conditional questionnaires collect the additional information your policy needs.

3

Understand the business

Corporate registry retrieval, UBO graph discovery and entity resolution build a single connected picture of who is really behind an organisation.

4

Screen & score

Sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening - over your data feed or a provider - feed a risk score against a policy you control. Automated analysis triages the results; the decision is your policy, and every application is recorded.

5

Monitor, investigate & report

Monitor transactions, behaviour and crypto activity after onboarding. Route alerts into investigation blueprints, govern reviewer decisions and prepare reports from linked evidence.

Key terms, defined

Plain definitions of the compliance terms used across this site - useful whether you know the acronyms cold or are new to them.

Identity verification
Identity verification is the process of confirming that a person is who they claim to be, using government-issued documents, biometrics, and data checks before or during onboarding.
KYC (Know Your Customer)
KYC, or Know Your Customer, is the regulated process of verifying an individual customer's identity and assessing their risk before or during onboarding to a financial service.
KYB (Know Your Business)
KYB, or Know Your Business, is the process of verifying a business entity - its registration, directors, ownership structure, and standing - before entering a commercial relationship with it.
UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner)
A UBO, or Ultimate Beneficial Owner, is the natural person who ultimately owns or controls a business, including through indirect ownership chains. UBO discovery calculates direct and indirect ownership against a configurable threshold - commonly 25%, or 10% for enhanced due diligence.
AML screening
AML (anti-money-laundering) screening is checking an individual or business against sanctions lists, politically-exposed-person data, and adverse-media sources to identify financial-crime risk that needs review.
Fraud detection
Fraud detection is identifying suspicious behaviour - such as device, velocity, identity-graph, and transaction-pattern signals - before or during a transaction, so a platform can block or review it before a loss occurs.

Why one platform

When identity, risk and evidence share a data model, an investigator sees the whole case in one place, decisions are reproducible, and the audit trail is complete by construction - not reassembled from exports at inspection time.

  • Single integration and one billing relationship
  • Explainable, deterministic risk decisions
  • Strict multi-organisation tenant isolation
  • Immutable, non-destructive evidence records
  • Automated analysis that assists; the decision is your policy
  • Continuous re-screening and risk-band transitions
