Workflow Automation
Connect customer checks, follow-ups and approvals so each team knows what happens next and who owns it.
What does workflow automation do?
Workflow automation turns your business policy into a sequence of checks and actions. It moves routine work forward and hands exceptions to the right person with the information they need.
Build around a business journey
Choose the customer type, information required and conditions for extra checks. For example, a business application may need ownership checks before a reviewer can approve it. Keep the explanation for each branch understandable to the people operating it.
Handle the unfinished work
Define what happens when a document is missing, a provider cannot respond or a customer stops part-way through. Set follow-up ownership and escalation rules. Avoid treating an incomplete check as a successful one.
Change with control
Try policy changes against example cases before applying them. Record the policy version and authorisation so your team can explain both the current process and decisions made under an earlier version.
Illustrative example: business onboarding
A seller submits company details. Truvon requests ownership information, checks the people behind the company and routes an unresolved concern to a reviewer. The reviewer requests the missing document and completes the case when the evidence is sufficient. This example does not represent measured customer results.
Evaluate the handoffs
Test completion, abandonment, repeated submissions, unavailable checks and manual overrides. Ask an operator to explain who owns each unresolved case without consulting a separate spreadsheet.
